Who we are ?

A team of human resources management consultants, supported by sports professionals, relies on an original approach to sports intelligence to drive managerial development in businesses, created by Christophe Inzirillo.

We specialize in leveraging educational resources from the high-performance sports sector. Through a true transfer of managerial technologies, our interventions create lasting changes in perceptions and practices within companies.

Our approach also integrates innovative formats, including immersive sports-based educational workshops, high-performance sports venues, digital media activities, and original content derived from our research.

In this context, emotion serves as a unique means to anchor moments of change in professional life, contribute to cultural evolution, and facilitate meaningful transitions. These emotions drive individual awareness, making knowledge collectively actionable after our interventions.

Our activities

PREPARATION & SUPPORT FOR CULTURAL TRANSITIONS

Héroique Consulting develops three different activities to help companies evolve their corporate culture.

Searching
Héroïque Consulting offers research programs to find innovative solutions to cultural challenges (examples of programs: Culture and safety management through sports, emotional intelligence through managerial intimacy via sports, culture and management of commercial offensiveness through sports, team management through sports...).
Audit
Based on the techniques of our research laboratory in management science specialized in human resources management, our cultural audit approach is distinctive and unique. It allows for the mapping of the managerial skills culture of your company, your subsidiary, your industrial site, or your team.
Consulting
Héroïque Consulting supports you in the operational management of your teams. Both before and after "change management seminars," we assist you in taking concrete actions to influence the corporate culture at both the executive committee level and the middle management level.
Recherche
Héroïque Consulting vous propose des programmes de recherche éligible au crédit impôt recherche (exemples de programme: le management de le sécurité par le sport, l'intelligence émotionnelle via l’intimité managériale  par le sport, le management de l’offensivité commerciale par le sport, management d’équipe par le sport...)
Audit
Basée sur les techniques de notre laboratoire de recherche en science de gestion spécialisée en management des ressources humaines, notre approche d’audit culturel est différenciante et unique. Elle permet d’établir une cartographie de la culture des compétences managériales de votre entreprise, de votre filiale, de votre site industriel, de votre équipe.
Conseil
Héroïque Consulting vous accompagne dans la gestion opérationnelle de vos équipes.
